What is idsIpprotocol?

This counter tracks the total number of attacks the Topsec IDS has detected involving anomalous or disallowed IP protocol usage. An admin monitors this counter to gauge how much suspicious non-standard-protocol traffic the device has flagged. For example, a rising idsIpprotocol count could point to scanning tools probing the network using uncommon IP protocol numbers.
