What is tnState?

Reports this AAA server's operational state: disabled, notready (enabled but IP not yet up), ready (fully operational), or dead (failed to respond within timeout and temporarily benched until its dead-time expires). An admin troubleshooting failed logins would check this first to see if the switch has already given up on this server.
