tnDevSysStatusReadLevel

Module: TN-DEV-SYS-USER-MIB

OID (symbolic): TN-DEV-SYS-USER-MIB::tnDevSysStatusReadLevel

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.868.2.5.3.1.1.19.4.1.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Every group has an authorization Privilege level for the following sub groups: configuration read-only, configuration/execute read-write, status/statistics read-only, status/statistics read-write (e.g. for clearing of statistics). User Privilege should be same or greater than the authorization Privilege level to have the access to that group.

What is tnDevSysStatusReadLevel?

This object sets the minimum user privilege level required to view status and statistics information for this authorization group. Admins use this to allow broader visibility into device health and counters than into configuration, letting junior staff monitor status without granting them config access. For example, an admin might set this to a lower level than the config-read level so NOC staff can check interface statistics without being able to view the running configuration.
