tnDevSysConfigReadLevel

Module: TN-DEV-SYS-USER-MIB

OID (symbolic): TN-DEV-SYS-USER-MIB::tnDevSysConfigReadLevel

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.868.2.5.3.1.1.19.4.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Every group has an authorization Privilege level for the following sub groups: configuration read-only, configuration/execute read-write, status/statistics read-only, status/statistics read-write (e.g. for clearing of statistics). User Privilege should be same or greater than the authorization Privilege level to have the access to that group.

What is tnDevSysConfigReadLevel?

This object sets the minimum user privilege level required to read configuration for this authorization group. Admins tune this to control which user tiers can view configuration data, since a user's own privilege level must be equal to or greater than this threshold to gain read access. For example, setting this to 5 means only users with a privilege level of 5 or higher can view configuration in this group, locking out lower-tier accounts.
