What is swTimeRangeMgmtStartTime?

This object is the daily start time for this time range, in strict hh:mm:ss format. It works together with swTimeRangeMgmtEndTime to define the daily window during which an associated ACL rule is enforced, and the switch requires the end time to fall after this start time. An admin restricting guest network access might set swTimeRangeMgmtStartTime to '08:00:00' to begin the allowed window at 8 AM.
