Description: The end time of a day. The format is hh:mm:ss ONLY; and cannot be set using a different format. The ending time must be set later than the starting time. The default value is 24:00:00.

It closes out the daily window during which an ACL rule tied to this time range remains active. For example, pairing swTimeRangeMgmtEndTime of '18:00:00' with a start of '08:00:00' limits the associated rule's enforcement to the 8 AM-6 PM business day.
