What is swSummerTimeStatus?

This setting controls whether daylight-saving time is disabled, enabled in a yearly-repeating mode, or enabled in a fixed-date annual mode; the repeating mode uses swRepeatSummerTimeStart/End while the annual mode uses swAnnualSummerTimeStart/End, and defaults to disable. Admins choose repeating for regions whose DST dates shift yearly (like the first Sunday of a month) or annual for a fixed calendar date. Setting swSummerTimeStatus to repeating(1) activates the week/day-of-week based recurring DST schedule instead of a fixed annual date.
