swRepeatSummerTimeEnd
Module: TIME-MIB
OID (symbolic): TIME-MIB::swRepeatSummerTimeEnd
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.12.10.12.4
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: OCTET STRING
Access: read-write

For example, the third friday in February at 3:30am should be given as 03 00 06 02 03 1e For the first Tuesday in May at 1:20am should be given as 01 00 03 05 01 14 This object is not instantiated when swSummerTimeStatus object is not set to repeating.
What is swRepeatSummerTimeEnd?
This 6-octet value encodes when daylight-saving time ends every year in repeating mode, as week (1-5 or 0xff for "last"), day-of-week (1=Sunday to 7=Saturday), month, hour, and minute; it isn't instantiated unless swSummerTimeStatus is set to repeating. Admins encode it to match their region's recurring DST end rule, such as the last Sunday of a given month. The example 03 00 06 02 03 1e encodes the third Friday in February at 3:30, illustrating how the repeating end rule is built from the same field layout as the start rule.
