What is pppStatsErrPktsRxLastBootOrClear?
This read-only Counter32 tracks the number of error packets received on a specific PPP/MLPPP bundle since it was last booted or its counters were cleared. Admins watch this counter as a link-quality indicator, since a rising count of received error packets points to framing, CRC, or negotiation problems on the bundle. For example, a bundle reporting thousands of error packets while its peer bundle reports near zero suggests a bad cable or noisy link on that specific circuit.
