Description: Enables PVC for given interface name and DLCI number. By default PVC is disabled. Writing one(1) on this enables PVC.
What is frPvcEnable?
Enables a specific PVC identified by bundleId and DLCI (frPvcDlci); PVCs are disabled by default, so this (or frEnablePvcAll for the whole interface) must be set to bring the circuit into service.
