Description: This flag indicates that the device should immediately refresh all files which it is caching. A read of this object will always return noaction(1).
What is thinserverRefreshNow?
This read-write INTEGER, noaction(1) or refreshnow(2), triggers an immediate refresh of all cached files when written with refreshnow(2); reading it always returns noaction(1). An admin writes refreshnow(2) to force an out-of-cycle cache sync instead of waiting for the scheduled thinserverRefreshTime.
