What is secondCONVPI?

This is the ATM Virtual Path Identifier (VPI) configured on the second endpoint of this circuit, used when that endpoint is an ATM PVC. It pairs with secondCONVCI to identify the ATM virtual circuit at the second (Z-side) interface.
