What is secondCONVCI?

This is the ATM Virtual Channel Identifier (VCI) configured on the second endpoint of this circuit, paired with secondCONVPI to fully identify the ATM PVC at that endpoint. Admins set this when the circuit's second endpoint is an ATM interface.
