Description: Close this SA if it is dinamic. This variable just can take the values 1 (clear SA) or 0 (not clear) on SET operation. For manual SA it does not effect.
What is inSaClear?
Setting this to 1 forcibly closes this inbound SA if it was dynamically negotiated via IKE; it has no effect on a manually-keyed SA, which must instead be removed through configuration. Useful for clearing a single stuck inbound tunnel without tearing down the whole IPSec session.
