What is nbTcGroupDscrText?
This read-write string, up to 80 characters, holds a human-readable label describing a named group of traffic-conditioner counters. Admins use it to attach a memorable free-text description to a group so its purpose is clear, since the group is otherwise identified only by its SnmpAdminString name. For instance, an admin might set nbTcGroupDscrText to "Uplink policing for VoIP VLAN" on the group used to track voice traffic shaping.
