What is linkInfoCtrlProtocolStatus?

Reports the base station's status as seen by the controlling node over the control protocol, covering states from unconnected(0) through standby(2), various DMR-aligned states, hibernate(6), and reserved test-mode(8). Admins use this as a primary health indicator for the node-to-base-station link, since anything other than the expected operating state (e.g., dmr-aligned) usually points to a network or node connectivity problem.
