What is linkHealthSequenceErrorsCount?
Counts the number of times packets from the network arrived out of sequence, an accumulating value reflecting the practical effect of packet loss on the link. Admins use it together with linkHealthNetworkPacketLostCount to assess overall link health toward the controlling node.
