What is healthNetworkConnLogChan2State?
Reports what role logical channel 2 is currently playing, using the same states as logical channel 1: inactive, idle, traffic(2), control(3), test(4), poll(5), or invalid(255). On a two-slot TDMA base station this lets an admin confirm both logical channels are carrying the traffic types expected, useful when diagnosing calls that only fail on one timeslot.
