This read-create integer specifies the access level granted to a configured SNMPv1/v2c community-to-view mapping entry, either readOnly(1) or readWrite(2). It controls whether requests using the associated community string and view name can only fetch data (GET, GET-NEXT, GET-BULK) or can also issue SET operations against the mapped view. For example, an admin creating a monitoring-only community would set rcCommunityToViewPermission to readOnly(1) so that tool can poll counters but never change device configuration.
