What is rcCommunityToViewCommunityName?
This SnmpAdminString holds the SNMPv1/v2c community name string for a row in the rcCommunityToViewTable, mapping that community to an access view. An admin configures unique community names here, since duplicates are rejected, to control which view a given community string grants; leaving it null keeps the row stuck in the notReady state.
