Description: The connection type of this CIP. If during row creation the value of this object is 'pvc', then at least one entry in the atmxCipVciTable is required before atmxCipRowStatus can be set to 'active'. If during row creation the value is 'svc' then atmxCipServerAtmAddress must be set before atmxCipRowStatus can be set to 'active'.
What is atmxCipConnectionType?
Selects whether this CIP entity uses PVCs or SVCs; if pvc, at least one entry in atmxCipVciTable is required before the row can go active, and if svc, atmxCipServerAtmAddress must be set first. An admin sets pvc for a manually provisioned Classical IP link, or svc to use ATM Forum signaling with an ARP server.
