What is swFdbStaticStatus?

This read-only object reports whether a static forwarding entry is actually being applied by the switch: apply(2) means it is currently in effect, while not-apply(3) means the entry exists in the table but is being overridden due to a conflict with the filter table. Administrators check this to understand why a configured static forwarding rule doesn't seem to be taking effect. For example, seeing not-apply(3) on a static entry explains that a conflicting filter table rule is currently taking precedence over that static forwarding configuration.
