What is optServiceStatus?
Reports the optimization service's status as an integer code (none, unmanaged, running, several 'sentTermN'/'sentCom1' transitional states, pending, or stopped), the integer counterpart to the text-valued serviceStatus. A value other than running() usually means optimization isn't actively happening right now.
