What is cachePeerIgnored?
Counts how many times Squid disregarded a reply or selection opportunity involving this peer (for example, because a faster reply from another peer already won). A high count doesn't necessarily indicate a fault, but a sudden increase is worth correlating with cachePeerRtt for that peer.
