What is cacheCurrentResFileDescrCnt?
Reports how many file descriptors Squid currently has reserved for special purposes (such as accepting new connections) rather than general use. It's a smaller, protective pool an admin checks when diagnosing why Squid rejected connections even though cacheCurrentFileDescrCnt hadn't hit cacheCurrentFileDescrMax.
