What is cacheClientIcpRequests?
Counts the ICP requests Squid has received from this client, which is nonzero only when the client is itself a child cache using this Squid as a sibling/parent. A nonzero value here is how an admin identifies which 'clients' in the table are actually other caches rather than browsers.
