What is neAlarmTimeStamp?

This value records the timestamp at which this alarm occurred. An admin uses it to determine when the alarm condition arose, useful for correlating it with other events or for sorting alarms chronologically. For example, an admin reviewing a list of active alarms would sort by neAlarmTimeStamp to identify which fault occurred first.
