What is slipDataBits?
This read-only INTEGER, whose only defined value is db8(3), specifies the number of data bits used in packets exchanged over the SLIP link. Admins reference this to confirm the fixed 8-data-bit framing used on the serial connection. Since only 8 data bits is supported, this object always reports db8(3) regardless of configuration.
