cdmaFaultNibble0Status

Module: SONOMA-MIB

OID (symbolic): SONOMA-MIB::cdmaFaultNibble0Status

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.13827.11.2.33

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Bits

Access: read-only

Description: This is a bit string contained in one character representing the least significant nibble of the CDMA subsystem fault status word. Unfortunately, SNMP numbers the bits in the reverse order, so that the enumerated values are backwards from the description contained in the User's Manual for the fault status field returned by the cdmastat command. Each bit indicates a fault when set. Currently defined fault states encoded in this value:

Bit 3: DAC controlling the system Oscillator is near the high or low limit. Bit 2: Time Figure of Merit has been >= TFOM Fault Level for 1 hour. Bit 1: Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) did not configure properly. Bit 0: FLASH memory had a write fault.

What is cdmaFaultNibble0Status?

Bit string giving the least-significant nibble of the CDMA subsystem fault word (DAC near limit, TFOM at fault level, FPGA config fault, FLASH write fault), the reliable, currently-recommended replacement for the deprecated cdmaFaultStatus object when polling via snmpget.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.13827.11.2.33
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> SONOMA-MIB::cdmaFaultNibble0Status

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.13827.11.2.33.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> SONOMA-MIB::cdmaFaultNibble0Status.1
