This read-create enumerated value, defaulting to included, indicates whether the corresponding vacmViewTreeFamilySubtree and vacmViewTreeFamilyMask define a family of view subtrees that is included(1) in or excluded(2) from the MIB view. Admins use excluded(2) entries to carve out specific OID subtrees from an otherwise broad included view. For example, including the whole system subtree but adding an excluded(2) entry for a sensitive sub-branch hides just that sub-branch from the view.
