What is vacmContextName?
This read-only human-readable string, up to 32 characters, names a particular SNMP context at a particular SNMP entity, with an empty (zero-length) value representing the default context. Admins use it to identify which named context a VACM access control entry or configuration row applies to, especially on agents that support multiple contexts. For example, an empty string identifies the row as applying to the agent's default context.
