This read-create RowStatus object is the status of a vacmAccessTable conceptual row; per the RowStatus textual convention's required disclosure, this object's value has no effect on whether other objects in the same row can be modified. Admins use it to activate, suspend, or delete a VACM access control entry defining a group's read, write, and notify permissions for a given context and security level. For example, setting it to active(1) enables the access policy defined by that row to take effect immediately.
