Admins tag rows (e.g. with values like "trapTargets" or "informTargets") so that notify entries can select groups of destinations by tag rather than naming each address individually. Setting this to "critical-alerts" would let a matching notify-filter entry select this target whenever critical-alert notifications are generated.
