What is snmpNotifyFilterRowStatus?

This RowStatus value controls the lifecycle of a row in the notify filter table; a manager must set it to createAndGo(4) or createAndWait(5) to create a new filter entry. An admin uses it to add or remove individual subtree filter rules from a filter profile via SNMP. For example, an admin would set this to destroy(6) to remove an obsolete filter rule from a profile.
