What is snmpCommunitySecurityName?

This string is the SNMPv3 securityName that corresponds to a particular SNMPv1/v2c community string, expressed in a security-model-independent format. It lets an agent map an incoming community-based request onto the same access-control and VACM configuration used for SNMPv3 users, so admins don't have to maintain separate permission sets for old and new SNMP versions. For example, the community public might be mapped to the securityName public-ro-user, which VACM then grants only read access to a specific view.
