Description: This parameter controls the desired state of this local SAP.
What is llcSapAdminState?
A writable switch, enabled by default, controlling the desired administrative state of this local Service Access Point (SAP); an admin sets it to disabled(1) to take a specific SAP out of service without disabling the whole port.
