What is smuxTsubtree?

This read-only OBJECT IDENTIFIER identifies the MIB subtree that a SMUX peer has registered to manage. Admins or agent developers reference it to see which portion of the MIB tree a given subagent is responsible for answering queries on. For example, this might show the OID prefix for a vendor's private enterprise MIB branch.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.2.1.1
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> SMUX-MIB::smuxTsubtree

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.2.1.1.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> SMUX-MIB::smuxTsubtree.1
