smuxTpriority

Module: SMUX-MIB

OID (symbolic): SMUX-MIB::smuxTpriority

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.2.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: The SMUX peer's priority when exporting the MIB subtree.

What is smuxTpriority?

This read-only INTEGER (0 to hex 7fffffff) reports the registration priority a SMUX peer requested for a given subtree, used to resolve conflicts when multiple peers register overlapping subtrees. A lower or more specific priority value typically wins conflicts between competing subagents. For example, if two subagents both register the same subtree, the one with the more favorable priority value here is the one that actually answers queries for it.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.2.1.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> SMUX-MIB::smuxTpriority

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.2.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> SMUX-MIB::smuxTpriority.1
