smuxTindex

Module: SMUX-MIB

OID (symbolic): SMUX-MIB::smuxTindex

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.2.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: The SMUX peer's identity.

What is smuxTindex?

This read-only INTEGER identifies which SMUX peer entry a given registered subtree entry belongs to, linking rows in the subtree registration table back to a specific peer. Admins or agent developers use it to trace a registered MIB subtree back to the subagent that owns it. For example, a value of 2 ties this subtree registration to the SMUX peer entry with smuxPindex 2.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.2.1.3
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> SMUX-MIB::smuxTindex

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.4.2.1.3.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> SMUX-MIB::smuxTindex.1
