What is activeCalls?
activeCalls reports the number of calls currently in progress on this device server at the moment it is polled. An admin watches this value in real time to gauge current call load and to spot unusual spikes or drops that might indicate a signaling problem. For example, activeCalls might read 42 during normal business hours and drop to near zero overnight.
