The value of this object value is computed by: 65536*modulation+bandwidth where bandwidth selection is: 0 = 3.5Mhz 1 = 7MHz 2 = 14MHz 3 = 28MHz 4 = 56MHz 5 = 10MHz 6 = 20MHz 7 = 30MHz 8 = 40MHz 9 = 50MHz 10 = 112Mhz 11 = 250Mhz 12 = 500Mhz 13 = 750Mhz 14 = 1Ghz 15 = 60MHz 16 = 80MHz and modulation is in bit-per-symbol: 1 = BPSK 2 = 4QAM 3 = 8PSK 4 = 16QAM 5 = 32QAM 6 = 64QAM 7 = 128QAM 8 = 256QAM 9 = 512QAM 10 = 1024QAM 11 = 2048QAM. 12 = 4096QAM.

Note: 0 bit-per-symbol is not possible, so value 0 is used for BandwidthAndModulation unassigned.
What is linkBandwidthAndModulation?
Single number encoding both channel bandwidth and modulation as 65536 x modulation + bandwidth code. Bandwidth codes run from 0=3.5 MHz up through 56 MHz, 112, 250, 500 MHz, 1 GHz and so on, and modulation is bits per symbol (1=BPSK, 2=4QAM ... 12=4096QAM). For example 131083 is 250 MHz with 4QAM and 393228 is 500 MHz with 64QAM; 0 means unassigned.
