What is carrierAggrActuatorAdminStatus?
This object administratively enables or disables a single actuator, where down(1) turns it off while other actuators tied to the same sensor keep running. Administrators use this to take one LAN port out of the carrier-aggregation notification scheme without affecting sibling actuators sharing the same radio sensor. Its default value of down(1) means a newly created actuator starts inactive.
