Description: If the card is a card with physical ports, then the value is the first index of a physical interface (SPI, PPI) in the mib SDH-ETS. Else, the value is 0.

What is boardFirstPortIndex?

For boards with physical ports, the index of the board's first physical interface in the SDH-ETS MIB (0 for boards without ports), letting an admin jump from a board entry to that board's interface-level statistics.
