Description: Failure hold off time : the time interval during which the defect is present and the failure is not raised

What is adrFailHoldOffTime?

The failure hold-off time - how long a defect must persist (1, 3, 10, or 30 seconds) before it is escalated into a reported failure - an admin tunes this to filter out transient blips from generating alarms.
