This object reports the sub/minor version number of the Salix/Harmonic network element agent software running on the device; like its major-version sibling, the source DESCRIPTION text here is copy-pasted from an unrelated download-table object and doesn't actually describe a version field, so its exact meaning is inferred from the object's name and placement under hneAgent. An administrator would read this alongside the major version to fully identify the exact agent build installed. For example, comparing hneAgentSubVersion values across a rack of plug-in units could reveal that one module is still running an older sub-release that hasn't been updated with the rest.
