What is rsvpResvStatus?

This OID indicates whether an RSVP reservation (a guaranteed bandwidth allocation for quality service) is currently active on the network. It controls whether the reservation is being enforced or can be deleted. A network operator managing quality-of-service guarantees would set this to enable or disable bandwidth reservations for critical applications.
