What is rs232SyncPortEncoding?
Sets the line-encoding scheme for this synchronous port -- nrz(1) Non-Return-to-Zero (the default) or nrzi(2) Non-Return-to-Zero Inverted -- which must match the far-end device or the bit stream will be misread.
