What is cpuloadCheckThreshold2?

This read-create integer (1-100) sets the second, middle CPU load percentage threshold, defaulting to 85 percent, sitting between cpuloadCheckThreshold1 and cpuloadCheckThreshold3 in the tiered alerting scheme. Admins use it to flag a moderately high CPU load level that is serious but not yet at the top-tier threshold. For example, leaving it at the default 85 percent creates a mid-level warning point below the 95 percent top threshold.
