What is rdnPktESReason?
The reason code carried in a rdnPktESTrap notification; currently only cdcFailure(1), meaning there was no reply from the Delivery Function when attempting to send duplicated event messages. Admins seeing this trap know the lawful-intercept event-message delivery path to the DF is broken.
