What is rdnPktDQoSCOPSStatus?
A global on/off switch for the Motorola BSR's PacketCable DQoS feature: setting it to FALSE(2) disables DQoS entirely. An admin would set this FALSE to shut off PacketCable dynamic QoS signaling on the CMTS, e.g. while troubleshooting or during a feature rollback.
